This is not a complicated recipe but the health benefits of the Perilla plant (http://www.itmonline.org/articles/perilla/perilla.htm) are important to note. Make this tea to ease cold symptoms. Perilla is a purple/green plant some consider invasive as it does reseed every where in the garden, sun or shade.

Meeting Location
