Veggie Salsa

1.5 cup cooked black beans
1.5 cup cooked corn kernels
1.5 cup cooked peas
1 cup, or more, chopped tomato
5 green onions, chopped
Juice of one lime
1 T hot sauce, medium
Garlic, salt, peper and cilantro to taste

Refrigerate and allow the flavors to blend

Experiment! Try adding chopped carrots
IF no fresh peas available, use a can of LeSueur early peas
IF no fresh corn available, use a can of shoe peg or white corn
