Frozen Passion Sorbet
- 2 14oz cans sweetened condensed milk
- 1 46oz can pineapple juice, chilled
- 8oz cream of coconut
- 12oz sweetened strawberries, partially thawed
In large aluminum bowl, combine all ingredients. Make sure the strawberries are evenly distributed. Freeze to a firm mush, 1-2 hours. Stir, then allow to freeze 1 hour longer. Stir once again, then freeze until firm.
Use ice cream or cookie scoop to form into balls and serve.
