Please join us on Sunday, May 24, 2026 at North Haven Gardens as we are delighted to have as our speaker Angella Martin. Angella will be giving a presentation on a topic we can always learn new things about and that is vegetable gardening. Angella's talk is entitled "The Magic of Vegetables in Your Garden." It is about the basic understanding of the importance of the benefits we receive...fresh food as well as providing food for polliantors and other wildlife.
Bio: Angella Martin aka Chef Angie is a former chef of 25 years. She worked as a culinary instructor for 10 years before working in health and human services/DADS (Department of Aging and Disability Services) to promote healthy foods in nursing homes. Angella is now a chef turned farmer turned intern with Texas Master Gardeners Angella says, " I am very passionate about food, how it grows, effects the body and enviroment and sustainability.
